Position available: Senior Developer - Cape Town Office
Skills Required:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in software development; Must be able to show a sample running application currently in production environment;
- Proven Experience in at least one modern object oriented programming language (C#, VB.NET)
- Proven Database experience: SQLServer 2000, 2005, 2008; used Stored procedures, Stored functions, table triggers
- Knowledge in VB6.
Skills Desired:
- Knowledge in Great Plains (any version) and integration using any of GP Developer Toolkit a plus factor.
- Experience in a data warehousing or business intelligence project
- Experience in database administration
- Experience in back/front-end integration with any ERP application
- Experience in a high-Availability environment a plus.
